Lines
- The composition rule I followed was lines.
- The subject in my picture is the red dog on the chair.
- It probably isn't very clear what my subject is.
- I probably would've centered the dog more in order to make it clear that it was the subject.
Balance
- The composition rule I followed was balance.
- The subject in my picture is the two girls in front of the computers.
- Yes, I would say my subject is fairly clear.
- I could've cut out more of the background and centered in on the girls better.
Simplicity
- The composition rule I followed was simplicity.
- The subject in my picture is the two girls sitting at the table.
- My subject isn't very clear.
- I would've centered in on the girls more and taken them out of the shadows.
Rule of Thirds
- The composition rule I followed was the rule of thirds.
- The subject in my picture is the girl with the easel.
- I would say my subject is pretty clear.
- I could've shot it from a different angle and thought about lighting.
Framing
- The composition rule I followed was framing.
- The subject in my picture is the people sitting on the floor doing homework.
- I would say my subject could be a little clearer.
- I should've used a more natural framing instead of my friend.
Avoiding Mergers
- The composition rule I followed was avoiding mergers.
- The subject in my picture is the guy standing next to the chalk board.
- My subject is definitely not clear.
- In order to not have mergers, I would've cut the two people in the foreground out of the picture.
